WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT OPTIONS?

Payments can be made online via Credit and Debit cards. We are also happy to accept Paypal payments

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

We try to make the process as stress free as possible so if you need to return an item please email us in the first instance sales@pre-tec.co.uk so we can issue you with a return reference. As well as any warranty listed on each individual device we also adhere to the Consumer Contacts Regulations.

PRODUCT GRADING AND DESCRIPTION

To try and give and honest appraisal of an items condition we list photos from the actual item and give a good description.
This way you can make your own mind up on what grade you would rate the product as grading A B C can be somewhat subjective.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

FREE SHIPPING on  Everything. We ship every business day and our same day cut off is 14.00. All our items ship via Royal Mail using a Tracked or signed for service.

VAT AND TAXES

Most of our refurbished products prices are not liable for VAT under the marginal scheme. So no VAT is added or included in the price. What you see is what you pay for all customers (worldwide).
Other non refurbished products will have a clear breakdown of VAT at checkout and the product page price will include this.

WHAT IS SIMFREE/ UNLOCKED?

Devices that can use a Sim card will have in there description what mobile network they will work on ie. EE O2. Where a device can work on any network we will list this as Unlocked or Simfree both have the same status.

PRODUCT GUARANTEE

As well as the current statutory rights we offer a minimum 30 day warranty on Refurbished products.
